Join us for our Level Two Doughnut class and learn to make Churros and Crullers!

This class is great intermediate level bakers!  And you will achieve all this in just TWO hours! Wow! Doughnut Class Level one is recommended but not required.

This is a 2 hour class

In this 2-hour class you will learn to make Churros and French Crullers. Sounds pretty good right? One of our experienced Pastry Chefs will guide you through the recipe and method so you can make these delicious treats at home whenever you like! Join us for this amazing class and your kitchen will soon be filled with the sweet scents of cinnamon and delicious fried dough! You will mix your own batter from pre-scaled ingredients that our chef prepares for you. You will also get the opportunity to pipe and fry your own doughnuts and finish them in cinnamon sugar and a sweet glaze.

In this class you will learn:

  • The different steps to make Choux Pastry
  • How to pipe choux pastry
  • How to deep fry your donuts
  • The versatility of Choux Pastry
  • About the power of steam leavening 

You will leave this class with: 

  • Roughly 8 Churros and 6 French Crullers
  • An understanding of proper piping and frying techniques 
  • Knowledge of how to recreate and use Choux Pastry in different applications
  • Our Choux Pastry recipe optimized for Churros and French Crullers (emailed to you after class)  

Pictures are for display purposes only. Our chef will talk you through design elements in any picture shown, but for efficiency you will be guided by her in terms of design.

All ingredients and equipment is provided, you do not need to bring anything with you. Our chef will ensure that you work at a pace suitable for you.
