• Flavor preference: vanilla bean, Belgian chocolate, salted caramel, cookies and cream, strawberry, carrot cake, other or Gluten Free?
• Would you like delivery or pick up – if yes, to delivery please indicate the address and postal code so we can get back to you with a delivery charge
• Design of cake – if you have any style that you love, do let us know so we can make it fabulous. Or if you just want a plain cake do let us know.
• Message on cake: Do you want it to say ‘Happy Birthday Mom” ? Let us know the message
