George Brown College’s Baking & Pastry Arts professor Chef Christopher Measson will lead Le Dolci’s monthly Market Classes this summer and fall! Guests will experience a chef-guided tour of neighbouring Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market and source fresh, local ingredients. Chef Christopher will teach participants how to prepare a delicious meal in Le Dolci’s culinary classroom. To top off the evening, guests will sit down to enjoy the fruits of their labour and a few glasses of wine.
