MasterChef contestant, Julie Pesce will teach students how to make two of her favourite treats, Ice cream and doughnuts in two new classes offered at Le Dolci’s culinary studio. Here’s what Julie has to say about her upcoming classes:
Doughnuts are this year’s hottest trend. In this class, you’ll learn to make soft and delicious treats that are light, yet decadent. I will be teaching two basic doughnut recipes: a basic yeast doughnut and a basic cake doughnut, both with some delicious but simple fillings and toppings to go with them. You will have the opportunity to be hands on, and play around while you make your own yummy combinations! I will teach you how easy it is to make doughnuts with minimal equipment.
