In this class, food enthusiasts take a short journey to the Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market (across the road), collect fresh goods from the farmers and return to prepare a three-course meal in our kitchen. This is a fast paced class where the reward is eating what is made. This year Chef Michael Hunter from Reds Tavern a natural forager, farmer and hunter will be putting everyone through their paces using garlic scapes, wild mushrooms, fresh trout and the treasure trove of items that are present at the market each week. Class dates: 6-9pm. Tues May 26, June 23, July 14, Sept 22 & Oct 20. The market runs every Tuesday in Trinity Bellwoods Park. $129pp. Book.
