  3. Week three: Soufflé style flourless chocolate & Molten Cakes
  4. Week four: Cheesecake basics and perfect plating
  5. Week five: Tea-Infused truffles & Honey-Almond Nougat
  6. Week six: Pressed Chocolate Terrine Mousse w/ Olive Oil & Sea Salt
