6 Week Baking Boot Camp -October 26 – November 30

There is still time to sign up, led by certified Red Seal Pastry Chef, Chef Lindsey will entertain & educate you on all things pastry during this six-week session.

  • Week 1-Oct 26th: COOKIE FUNDAMENTALS – Scottish Shortbread, Spicy Ginger Molasses Cookies & Chewy Triple Chocolate Dunkers
  • Week 2- Nov 2nd: CLASSIC FRENCH PUFF PASTRY – Puff Pastry & Apple-Almond Tart-Tatin
  • Week 3-Nov 9th: SOUFFLÉ CAKES – Soufflé style Flourless Chocolate & Molten Cakes
  • Week 4-Nov 16thCHEESECAKE BASICS – Cheesecake basics and perfect plating
  • Week 5-Nov 23: TRUFFLES & MARSHMALLOWS – Chipotle chocolate truffles & marshmallow squares
  • Week 6-Nov 30: YULE LOGS  – Yule Logs with meringue mushrooms (ready for holiday parties!)

Cost: $450 for six weeks and includes all materials and equipment.
