6 Week Baking Boot Camp STARTS Tuesday February 21st

Led by certified Read Seal Pastry Chef, Chef Lindsey will entertain and educate you on all things pastry during this
six-week session.

Week one: Cookie Fundamentals: Scottish Shortbread, Spicy Ginger Molasses Cookies & Chewy Triple Chocolate Dunkers
Week two: Classic French Puff Pastry & Apple-Almond Tart-Tatin
Week three:
Soufflé style flourless chocolate & Molten Cakes
Week four:
Cheesecake basics and perfect plating
Week five:
Chipotle chocolate truffles & marshmallow squares
Week six: 
Braided Breads

  • Dates: Tuesday February 21st – Tuesday March 28th (Every Tuesday for 6 weeks)
  • Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Cost: $450 includes six lessons, all food costs and delicious results to take home.  No tools or equipment required
