Gear Up For Le Dolci’s 4 Week Baking Boot Camp!

Do you want to learn the art of culinary perfection? From cake decorating to bread making, our 4 Week Baking Boot Camp will give you the knowledge and tools to absolutely dominate in the kitchen!

This boot camp is perfect for beginners and intermediate level bakers who want to learn unique tricks and apply the skills they already possess. Each week offers new challenges and new food to transform you into a culinary genius!

What can you expect throughout this exciting month of blessed baking? Week 1 starts with Baking Essentials 101 where we will be covering anything from cookies to cakes plus the fundamentals of baking. Week 2 is Quick Bread and Savory Baking where we may feature scones, muffins or pies. Week 3 is Dough Lamination where we may cover treats like puff pastries, croissants, Danishes or sweet cinnamon buns. Our week 4 and final class is Bread and Yeast, which may conclude with brioche, focaccia or braided challah!

We offer so much deliciousness within four weeks that you’ll never leave hungry. Our boot camp costs $375 and includes four amazing lessons, everything you need to create with and tasty results to take home!

Our boot camp takes place every Tuesday from 7pm-9pm starting July 4 at our studio located at 1006 Dundas Street West across from Trinity Bellwoods Park.
