Have you ever dreamed about making a Le Dolci style cake in your very own home but could never figure out where to start?
One of our favorite parts of the holiday season is getting into the kitchen and baking with those we care about. So, when Le Dolci released our new Gingerbread Cookie Wreath Cake this 2018 Holiday Season, we thought why not send one of our favorite bakers, Annie, to show all of you how to get bakery-worthy goodies at home.
In association with the lovely Yolanda Gamp from How to Cake It, Le Dolci was thrilled to share the holiday spirit, and the joys of baking, with the whole world! Who doesn’t love some fresh gingerbread, topped with homemade swiss meringue buttercream, Parisian macarons, and all of the festive accents you expect this time of year.
You can check out the video below and learn how to make this easy and cute gingerbread cookie cake wreath for the holidays! Le Dolci is here to show you how to make this treat, step by step, for the whole family to enjoy.
We love when brides take their special day outdoors. While it can be unpredictable, the gorgeous photos and lighting make it all worth it! This gorgeous wedding had us dreaming of basking in the summer sun again. Kalla and Lukas had a neutral palette and were inspired by al fresco dining, natural beauty and just a hint of glitz and glam.
This elegant two-tiered beauty with real ivy and a custom topper was the perfect addition to this sweet and simple affair. Le Dolci prides ourselves on using all natural ingredients, so your cake is never overwhelming to the taste. Every guest is sure to enjoy how delicious your centerpiece looks and tastes.
If you are looking for the perfect addition to the wedding of your dreams, look no further than Le Dolci cakes. Providing top weddings in Toronto with homemade, hand decorated cakes that are made with love, Le Dolci is here to help make your day as sweet as can be.

We were thrilled that Flare Magazine, Canada’s Fashion Authority for over 30 years, decided to include us in their recent ‘Where to Find your Dream Wedding Cake from Coast to Coast’ article. We were listed alongside some of our favourite Toronto based, and national, cake designers! If you are looking for a custom wedding cake in Canada, this article should be your first stop.
Have a look through some of our favourite custom wedding cakes we have created throughout the years:
Our friends over at Blush and Bowties and White Oak were able to bring the colour scheme of rose gold, blush, cream, dusty pink and natural greenery to life. Even better was being able to decorate the wedding cake with fresh florals! We created a custom two-tiered version of The Allegra, decorated with fresh florals to match the gorgeous decor.
If you are looking for inspiration for a minimalist wedding in Toronto, look no further than this gorgeous shoot. See the rest of the photos on one of our favourite wedding websites, 100 Layer Cake.
What a crazy week it has been! Prince Harry is now a married man, Meghan Markle is a duchess, and Le Dolci got to have some super fun wedding treats of our own. We were featured by The National Post (pictured above), helped Sean Leathong of CTV News devour a whole cupcake in one bite, and the fabulous Lisa even busted out her Italian for OMNI News, along with tons of other Royal themed media appearances. We created a new flavour, lemon elderflower, in homage to Meghan, we wore David Dunkley and The Loved One headpieces, made Union Jack cupcakes, and so much more! Thanks to everyone who celebrated the Royal Wedding with Le Dolci.
