MACARONS - Macaron Class - Virtual

In our Parisian Macarons class, you will learn the secrets and tips from our Pastry Chefs to create these temperamental, sweet treats. After all your hard work, you’ll take home a minimum of 12 cookies. Delicious!

Virtual Class Attendees please note : It is a good idea to have some baking experience when signing up for this class as it can be a bit tricky.  You will need a weight scale (metric, in grams) *Please Note: the macaron recipe is very precise, therefore everything needs to be scaled to set yourself up for success. A stand mixer with a whisk attachment is a must.
