Gather all your ingredients before class then join our live zoom class as our chef guides you through the recipe. 

 In this class, you will learn:

• How to prepare and bake the 'perfect' lava cake  
• Learn how to decorate and plate your lava cakes
• Learn how use strawberries, whipping cream and other garnishes to decorate your lava cakes

When you finish you will have::

• 3 individual lava cakes 
• New understanding of molten lava cakes
• New skills in decorating and plating you desserts
