MACARONS - Perfect Parisian Macarons - Christmas Edition
Come along to our Masterclass in Macaron making!
This class is PERFECT FOR INTERMEDIATE BAKER and you will achieve all this in just ONE day! Wow!
This class is a public class and students are assigned to work in groups of 3 to make their macarons and buttercream.
This is a 2 hour class
In this master class you will work in groups to execute a Parisian macaron recipe. Chef will prepare buttercream for you to then fill your macarons with, then comes the super fun assembling part. This masterclass is instructed by one of our very talented teachers. What a great way to spend a day! Plus, the best part is, you will bring home delicate delicious macarons that YOU will have made.
In this class, you will learn:
– How to bake and pipe Parisian Macarons
-How to macaronage
-The theory of meringue and the different types
– The method of how to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream
– How to pair, sandwich and fill macarons
– How to proper store and age your macarons
You will go home with:
– Roughly 20 macarons with different colors and fillings. Fillings based on seasons
– New understanding of swiss meringue buttercream
– An understanding of macaron recipe
-An understanding on how to replicate future macaron towers
- Macaron recipe, and swiss meringue buttercream recipe emailed to you after class.
The pictures are for display purposes only. Your teacher will talk you through design elements in any picture shown, but for efficient running of this class, you will be guided by her in terms of design and colour.
All ingredients and equipment, including transport boxes, for your course are provided, you do not need to bring anything with you. The teacher will ensure that you work at a pace suitable for you.

If you would like, you can bring a bag to carry your macarons home. We provide sturdy cardboard boxes, but you may find it easier to carry your macarons in a reusable tote bag especially if taking public transit to class.

To attend this class, as with all in-person classes, you must show proof of full vaccination, as per the Ontario regulations commencing September 22, 2021. More information will be provided to you once you’ve completed your registration.
