Le Dolci Kids MARCH BREAK Camp 2023

Do your kids need a creative baking outlet for March Break? Le Dolci's Culinary Camp is in its 12th year of bringing fun to mini chefs. 

“I signed my kids up camp and they LOVED it.  The instructor was patient and engaging, the recipes were simple and the results were delicious (so, so good - especially the scones and lemon curd).  Amira - Mom of 9 year old

Your child will join our Chefs for a week of culinary creations and activities. Snacks and delicious lunches will be provided.

There will be meditation, music, dancing & outdoor activities weather permitting. 

Dates: Monday March 13 - Friday March 17
Times: 9:00am-3:30pm -*8am drop off available
Location:  12 Sousa Mendes 

  • Classes are held in person Monday to Friday
  • Meditation, morning stretches, dance parties, baking activities & more!
  • All lunches and snacks are provided for participants
  • Suitable for ages 7-11

Monday   
PASTA & SCONES DAY
Kids will make scones in the morning & homemade pasta in the afternoon (pasta will be taken home uncooked so it can be enjoyed with the family)

Tuesday  
FOCACCIA ART DAY
Kids will make gorgeous focaccia. They will cut veggies with steel mesh cutting gloves, plastic knives and make beautiful, edible bread.

Wednesday   
RAINBOW COOKIE DAY 
Kids will make rainbow dyed sugar cookies and tie-dye shirts in the afternoon (shirts, socks, and aprons will be provided and everyone can select what they prefer, then they can take them home)

Thursday
BAGELS & APPLE CRUMBLE
Kids will make bagels & apple crumble dessert. Kids will be using steel mesh cutting gloves and plastic knives to cut apples

Friday 
CAKE DECORATING DAY!
Kids will decorate their own 8inch cake with coloured icing, sprinkles, and other edible toppings!
