6 Week Baking Camp for Teens

We're launching our first ever 6-Week Teen Camp! Suitable for teens 13-18.

Location: 12 Sousa Mendes, The Junction

Dates: Thursday Nights! 

Time: 4:30-6:30pm 

Sessions begin on the following Thursdays

Cost: $579/student

What you'll learn: 

Week 1: Apple Pie (knife cutting skills & decorative lattice/pie treatments)

Week 2: Parisian Macaron making from start to finish. Weighing out ingredients, the perfect batter, piping and fillings. 

Week 3: Biscotti & Scones 

Week 4: Introduction to Bread Making

Week 5: Sugar cookie making & decorating with Royal icing 

Week 6: Nailed It Challenge "Unicorn Edition"

Music and a safe atmosphere for your teens to meet new people, learn new skills and grow their passion for baking are all under our roof. Let our experienced Chefs take your teens on a culinary tour of these fabulous items. And they take home what they make after each session so no need to buy treats on Thursdays.
