This upcoming Mother’s Day, do something fun for yourself or your mom – give the gift of “Mommy & Me” Cupcake Decorating Class.
This class will cover the same techniques as our Intro to Cupcake Decorating Class. In the two-hour class, you will work with both fondant and buttercream to create sweet cupcake treats. This class is suitable for all ages and you will leave with a dozen fabulously decorated cupcakes to share with your friends and family (or not).

With the warm weather approaching, Le Dolci is excited to bring back the monthly Market Classes this May! Guests will experience a chef-guided tour of neighbouring Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market and source fresh, local ingredients. The Chef will teach participants how to prepare a delicious meal in Le Dolci’s culinary classroom and, to top off the evening, guests will sit down to enjoy the fruits of their labour and a few glasses of wine.

Starting May 3, we have a new Cake Decorating Bootcamp. Over the course of four weeks, our professional & lovely Cake Designer will work with you & teach you a variety of techniques to make your own showstopping cakes.
Over four weeks, you will learn the following:
- Week 1: Cake styling & decorating
- Week 2: Romantic vintage wedding cake
- Week 3: Painting and piping on cakes
Week 4: Couture cake: Chanel handbag
Week four will teach you to make this classic Chanel handbag cake.
This class teaches modeling techniques, fondant texture & cake shaping, and metallics to create your own edible work of fashion.
