We’ve eaten lovely cheese, oysters and wonderful fruits and veggies all year, and now it is time for our beloved Farmers Market to close until Spring. The last class with Chef Christophe will happen on the last day of the market. In this magical class we tour Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market with Chef Christophe & hunt down the perfect ingredients for a delicious three-course meal that you and your classmates will make. $129/person includes instruction, meal & wine.
After this autumn class, the next class will be held in the spring 2015 when the market re-opens. We will miss seeing all the wonderful vendors weekly.
