Amuse: Chocolate chili shooter.
First Course: White chocolate parsnip veloute, parsnip chips, white chocolate crema, herbs.
Second Course: Strawberry, cured pork spalla, milk chocolate, hazelnut, bergamot.
Third Course: Squash and cauliflower mole.
Palate Cleanser: Water chocolate mousse.
Main Course: Roast duck breast, coco nibs, dark chocolate jus, smoked fingerlings.
Dessert: Roasted white chocolate panna cotta, cocoa liquor, raspberry.
