Want to learn to make your own wedding cake? Fondant cake class – March 18th

After many requests, mini fondant cake classes have been added to our roster! In this class you will learn to work with fondant and sugar paste to create various dainty flowers, butterflies and cake embellishments. Students will learn to properly level, dirty ice and cover a cake in rolled fondant. This class will teach students tricks of the trade and all of the steps required to make a professional looking fondant, covered cake.

Who knows you may enjoy it so much, you may even decide to make your own wedding cake! Or friend’s birthday cake : )

  • 2 tier– $350.00 (serves approximately 60 people)
  • 3 tier– $500.00 (serves approximately 100 people)

Orders:

  • Custom flower colors to match your color scheme
  • Notice time for ordering is between 3-4 weeks so that we can bake you the perfect wedding cake!
  • Flavors: vanilla or decadent chocolate with our delicious vanilla butter cream icing
  • All cakes are topped with smooth, sweet fondant- our fondant is certified as Kosher
