Hello Lisa,
I wanted to personally write you to let you know my daughters experience with the cake decorating class. Although I wasn't able to personally drop her and pick her up due to work, I heard all about it.
Paris started showing interest in the kitchen from a young age, and recently with baking. I got her into a community ran program where it was nothing she had hoped or expected. I knew of a few adults who took classes at your studio which lead me to following Le Dolci on Instagram.
I saw the classes promotion and immediately thought, let's try this for Paris and see if it was more "her thing". The initial class for April 1st was cancelled, and your team dealt so amazingly with it, got us into another class (April 8th) and even gave us a credit for another class. I was so shocked, but thankful! Paris could not stop sending me pictures all day! She raved about the croissant that she had for snack and how it was the best croissant she's ever had. She enjoyed the outside time and boy was her siblings jealous and the beautiful creation she was able to bring home!
We devoured the cake, and in Paris' own words "Mom, this is what I was expecting when you said you got me into a cake decorating class."
We will definitely be joining more classes throughout the year!
