At this absolute beginners class, suitable for anyone at any age(!), you will work with tools that professional cake makers use to create your own cupcake works of art. You will work with fondant and professional food colouring to make simple shapes and decorations for your little bundles of goodness. After working with fondant, you will then experiment with our mouth watering buttercream icing. Using the deliciously smooth buttercream icing you will test out different nozzles and colors to make wonderful swirls, seashells, grass and more!
You will have a fun time in a relaxing atmosphere, have gained confidence in working with fondant, food colouring, cutters and piping bags and be leaving with a set of 12 fabulously decorated cupcakes that your friends and family will be suitably impressed by!

Our Designer Cupcakes class is for those who LOVE their brands. In this class, students will learn how to work with fondant and professional food dyes to create deliciously designer toppers. Learn to make handbags and clutches from some of our favorite designers and a few pieces of jewelry from the classic Tiffany collection. This class will teach beginners the steps to making a professional looking cake using fondant to cover the cake. You will learn how to work with fondant and gum paste to create various flowers, butterflies and cake designs perfect for wedding or specialty cakes. Students will learn to properly level a cake, dirty ice and cover it in rolled fondant. At the end of class you will leave with your very own mini cake.

Cake Pops basics for those who want to know how to get their much loved cake on a stick. Cake pops are moist balls of cake, dipped in hard candy coating; enjoyed by everyone on the beloved lollipop stick. Sounds easy, but they are a bit tricky!

At this class you will learn how to work with tools and items that professional cupcake makers use to create cupcake works of art suitable for any elegant wedding table. In this class we use fondant and decorate our cupcakes with handmade roses and accents that you have created. By the end of the class you will achieve a wonderfully glamorous cupcake fit for display in Bride Magazine. At the end of the class you take home 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes to impress your friends and colleagues.

Aimed at tourists visiting the City of Toronto who want to do something different and very ‘western.’ Aimed at visitors from Brazil, Russia, India, China & Japan these classes are filled with a hands on sugary experience like no other. Classes will have a translator, if required, and be filled with iconic symbols of Canada including the maple leaf, Canada goose, the big brown moose and of course, the hockey stick!

Our Mummy/Daddy and Me classes are for parents looking for something creative and fun to do with their little ones. The first part of the class is working with and coloring fondant and using it to create lots of fun kids shapes like elephants, giraffes and butterflies and more. The second half of the class lets kids try out piping yummy vanilla buttercream icing on their cupcakes using a variety of tips and piping bags. It is a fun time and at the end of the class parent and child go home with 12 cupcakes; and sometimes, icing sugar in their hair.

Learn the tips and tricks from the pros! Learn how to decorate your cookies so they are perfect for any occasion. In this class, students will learn to decorate cookies using basic techniques, such as piping and flooding with royal icing and fondant. Students will leave with all cookies that they decorate, perfect for sharing!
Our next cookie class will feature “At the Beach” cookies, students will learn how to decorate classic beach ware from bikinis to flip flops, as well as cute swimming fish and beach umbrellas.

Learn the art of making scrumptious chocolate truffles by hand. With the basics of ganache learned in this class you’ll be able to create your own incredible truffle recipes from scratch. Proper truffle hand rolling techniques will be taught as well as how to develop recipes and add different types of flavoring. At the end of this class, you will have some of your very own chocolate truffles to take home and give away as gifts… or to give yourself.
