At this absolute beginners class, suitable for anyone at any age, you will work with tools that professional cake makers use to create your own cupcake works of art. You will work with fondant and professional food colouring to make simple shapes and decorations for your little bundles of goodness. After working with fondant, you will then experiment with our mouth watering buttercream icing. Using the deliciously smooth buttercream icing you will test out different nozzles and colors to make wonderful swirls, seashells, grass and more!
You will have a great time in a relaxing atmosphere, have gained confidence in working with fondant, food colouring, fondant cutters and piping bags. You will also leave with a set of 12 fabulously decorated cupcakes that your friends and family will be suitably impressed by!

Our Designer Cupcakes class is for those who LOVE their name brands. In this class, students will learn how to work with fondant and professional food dyes to create deliciously designer toppers. Learn to make handbags and clutches from some of our favorite designers and a few pieces of jewelry from the classic Tiffany collection. This class will teach beginners the steps to making a professional looking cake using fondant to cover the cake. You will learn how to work with fondant and gum paste to create various flowers, butterflies and cake designs perfect for wedding or specialty cakes. Students will learn to properly level a cake, dirty ice and cover it in rolled fondant. At the end of class you will leave with your very own mini cake.

Cake Pops basics for those who want to know how to get their much loved cake on a stick. Cake pops are moist balls of cake, dipped in hard candy coating; enjoyed by everyone on the beloved lollipop stick. Sounds easy, but they are a bit tricky!

Our Mummy/Daddy and Me classes are for parents looking for something creative and fun to do with their little ones. The first part of the class is working with colouring fondant and using it to create lots of fun kids’ shapes like elephants, giraffes, butterflies, and more. The second half of the class allows kids to try piping vanilla buttercream icing onto their cupcakes using a variety of tips.
This is definitely a great opportunity for mommies or daddies and their child to spend some quality time together, having fun, and letting their creativity shine through! At the end of the class, everyone gets to leave with 6 decorated cucpakes ready to be enjoyed!

Learn the tips and tricks from the pros! Learn how to decorate your cookies so they are perfect for any occasion. In this class, students will learn to decorate cookies using basic techniques, such as piping and flooding with royal icing and fondant. Students will leave with all cookies that they decorate, perfect for sharing!

Learn the art of making scrumptious truffles by hand. With the basics of ganache learned in this class you’ll be able to create your own incredible truffle recipes from scratch. Proper truffle hand rolling techniques will be taught as well as how to develop recipes and add different types of flavoring. Choux Pastry, also known as pâte à choux, is an airy pastry used for making eclairs, cream puffs, profiteroles, crullers, zeppole and more! Learn the secrets of preparing a smooth batter and master the piping of these hollow puffs with our homemade pastry cream with our Chef. Class participants take home the treats that they’ve made in class.
Have you ever wondered how to slice, dice, julienne or chiffonade your vegetables like a pro? In this hands-on class you will learn the fundamental knife skills, how to chose a knife, safe handling and how to cut up all the vegetables required to make a delicious French Quiche.
Make your Asian cooking really shine in this class specializing in comparing the classical European cuts to the traditional Asian cuts such as rolling wedges, rectangular cuts, bias strips and using vegetable cutters, with enough hands on vegetable cutting that you can make your on noodle dish the next night. We will then do a wok cooking demonstration, showing how correct cuts and wok order can make your stir fries taste like restaurant quality dishes
Learn to cut up fruit and make simple yet beautiful fruit platter in this class using all of our fabulous seasonal fruit. Learn how to segment, core, dice, wedge and mince as well as how to make simple fruit platters. Discover fabulous fruit combinations that really pop and make a professional fruit topping for a pre-made custard tart.

Not sure how to use a piping bag? We are here to the rescue. In this class you will learn how to master piping techniques using different piping tips. The class will not only cover the basic stars, shell borders, ropes and rosettes, but you will also learn how to pipe different types of flowers like roses, pansies, daffodils and apple blossoms. Each student will bring home a small cake decorated as a basket with beautiful piped flowers they made on their own.
This is the baking 101 course from Le Dolci. We will discuss the basic types of cakes and the science behind baking the perfect cake. We will also cover the differences between sponge cake, genoise and butter cake. There will be a demonstration on the sponge cake and genoise cake, and students will gain experience in baking their own creation!
Are you curious as to how dainty sugar flowers are made? Come to our Sugar Flower Artistry class and learn the tricks of the trade with our teacher who will show you how to make petals, work with gum paste and flower wire to create some edible works of floral art!
Fathers and their little ones will get to spend quality time together. For the first part of the class, they will work with colouring fondant to make fun shapes including giraffes, birds, and bows. In the second half, children will have fun with buttercream icing using a variety of tips.
