Chocolate Masterclass: Level 2 is in session at the end of October


You enjoyed our Level 1 Chocolate Masterclass and smashed it! This next step is for you. Our 3 hour comprehensive with Chef Heather Brown will teach you how to work with tempered chocolate, cocoa butter, and polycarbonate molds.


Chocolate Masterclass: Level 2 is in session at the end of October


Create a variety of beautiful bonbons (or truffles), fruit barks, and more! Level up your chocolatier skills and create treats so gorgeous you might find them too precious to eat 😉 As always, everything is provided for you, so join our class and bring a friend!

You'll paint, cast, fill, cap, and un-mold your own beautiful bonbons + splatter, paint, and swirl for a gorgeous effect. This class also teaches you how to create fruit and nut barks with rich variety. 


You'll leave this class with: 

  • 10 colourful bonbons with 2 types of fillings
  • A variety of chocolate bark garnished with toppings of your choice
  • knowledge and confidence to work with chocolate at a higher level 🙌


Our next Chocolate Masterclass Level 2 is on Sunday, October 29th from 2-5pm!
