Our five-day Cake Decorating Masterclass is designed exclusively for anyone who loves cakes and wants to spend five full days, experimenting with different coloured buttercreams, baking techniques and learning the endless possibilities of decorating cakes. 

This course is perfect for anyone who wants to: 

• Level up their cake decorating game 

• Start their own cake business

• Spend 5 days doing something deliciously wonderful 

Here’s the agenda for the five days. 

• Day 1- Learn the foundations of cake baking and buttercream theory

• Day 2- Learn to cut, layer and decorate rainbow cakes 

• Day 3- Piping Buttercream Florals with various Piping ?Techniques 

• Day 4- Introduction to Gumpaste and fondant; covering a cake in Fondant.

• Day 5-  Masking & Stacking a Two-Tiered Cake. 

We've created 3 types of sessions to accomodate those that are working full time, parenting or need flexibilty in taking this course. We have Day Sessions, Afternoon Sessions that start at 3pm and Saturday Sessions (NEW!)
