Learn the art of crafting brioche doughnuts, from mixing to proofing and frying. With premade dough, dive straight into the joy of rolling, cutting, and frying your doughnuts. Get creative and adorn your sweet treats with a variety of toppings and glazes, including special selections like maple dip, red and white sprinkles, and vibrant red glaze, just in time for Canada Day weekend! Each participant will depart with their delectable creations, perfect for sharing!

In this class, you'll master:

  • Rolling out your doughnut dough
  • Precisely cutting out your doughnut shapes
  • Assessing the proofing stage for optimal frying
  • Safely frying your doughnuts to golden perfection
  • Decorating your doughnuts with finesse

You'll walk away with:

  • 8-12 freshly made doughnuts (plus a few bonus doughnut holes)
  • Proficiency in working with brioche dough and proofing techniques
  • Mastery in frying doughnuts to perfection
  • Expertise in recreating and embellishing your doughnuts with ease
  • Our coveted brioche doughnut recipe, along with chocolate and vanilla glaze recipes (to be sent via email prior to the class)
