Chocolate Masterclass Level 2 is on August 26th

Did you take our Level 1 Chocolate Masterclass? If you're ready for Level 2* you're in luck, our next session is this month! Join us for a 3 hour class that will get into the nitty gritty fun of mastering chocolate at the next level. Our pro chocolatier and pastry Chef Heather Brown will take you through painting, casting, filling, capping, and releasing your gorgeous bonbons from their mold.

You will leave this class with:
- 10 colourful bonbons with 2 types of fillings
- A variety of chocolate bark garnished with toppings of your choice
- the confidence and knowledge of working with tempered chocolate, cocoa butter, and polycarbonate molds
