Chef Stephanie
Meet Chef Stephanie, a self-taught baker who joined Le Dolci in 2020. With a passion for cakes and fondant, she teaches a variety of classes including cake decorating, macarons, doughnuts, pasta, scones, focaccia, cinnamon buns, and kids' camps. Stephanie's personal IG account shows all of her WOW creation check it out @cocoandchasha & she is an amazing teacher and camp leader.
Chef Rebecca
Meet Chef Rebecca, a baking and pastry artist who has journeyed from intern to teacher atLeDolci. Rebecca is a professional dancer and spent many years in Spain dancing for the Compañía Nacional de Danza. When she is not at the National Ballet School in Toronto, she is teaching intricate cake decorating classes and bringing joy to birthday parties with her energy and enthusiasm in the kitchen.
Chef Lara
Meet Chef Lara, a skilled baker with over 16 years of expertise working at some of the best pastry shops in Toronto, including Madeleines Cherry Pie and Ice Cream. Lara is our in-house pie Queen & she specializes in teaching bread, croissants and our newest class, Cocktail Mixology. Chef Lara has the most vibrant personality and all of her classes are entertaining and fact filled.
Chef Shruti
Meet Chef Shruti, a dynamic pastry chef blending baking magic with a rich background spanning over 7 years in the culinary industry in India and Canada. Chef Shruti specializes in teaching cake decorating and macaron classes and all things French pastry. When she's not in the kitchen she's working on her flavoured butter business called Whipdd, check it out, it's yummy!
Chef Imke
Meet Chef Imke, our Head Chef at Le Dolci. Chef Imke has a background in classic culinary training from South Africa and spent many years in Nigeria studying and exploring foods and crafting up delicious recipes. Chef Imke loves teaching French pastry classes and loves sharing her passion for baking.
Chef Amanda
Meet Chef Amanda, she was our Head Chef expert at Le Dolci for the last five years. Chef Amanda specializes in all classes but has a beautiful artistic flair when it comes to decorating cakes. She spent 10 years at the iconic Bobette and Belle Bakery and she now is the Head of Sales and Events, planning wonderful parties and corporate events with all of you lovely guests.
