Do you host private parties?
Yes for corporate team building, families and friends who want to gather or celebrate.

Do I need any baking experience?
Not at all. Most of our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to build your confidence step by step, with a chef instructor guiding you the whole way. If you're an experienced baker, we also offer intermediate and advanced classes, immersive bootcamps, and multi-day masterclasses.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you don't mind getting a little flour on. We provide aprons for every guest, so you can dress normally and still stay tidy.

What's included in the price of my class?
Everything you need: ingredients, professional tools and equipment, chef instruction, apron use, and a recipe that is sent to you digitally. There are no hidden supply fees — just bring yourself and your creativity.

Do I need to book a spot for everyone in my group?
Yes — every guest who wants to bake needs their own booked spot. We prep ingredients and workstations per registered guest, so one ticket covers one person. If you're bringing friends or family along to take part, please book a seat for each of them.

Can my guest /parent watch and wait for me?
No, we don't allow guests to watch, there are many great cafes nearby they can visit and wait for you. Children over the age of 13 are ok to be in class on their own and collected afterwards.

How long does a class run?
Most classes run 2–3 hours. Our immersive programs, like the 5-Day Cake Baking & Decorating Masterclass, run longer — 25+ hours of instruction spread across multiple days.

Where is the studio and how do I get there?
We're located in downtown Toronto, easily accessible by TTC, with convenient parking nearby. We recommend arriving early to check in and get settled before your class begins.

Our address: 12 Sousa Mendes Street, Toronto, ON, M6P0A8

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please check in with us before booking to see if we can make substitutions for your class.

Can kids come to a class?
We run dedicated kids' baking classes and camps during the summer, PA Days throughout the year and during Xmas/Winter Break and March Break. All hands-on and designed to teach real skills in a fun, supportive way.

Can I book a private group, party, or corporate event?
Definitely. We host birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelorettes, holiday parties, and corporate team-building events, with full studio buyouts available for exclusive experiences and media /PR agency use.

What's your cancellation policy?
Because space and ingredients are prepared in advance, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of your class. If you can't make it, you're welcome to send someone in your place — just give us advance notice. For summer camps and longer than 2-3 hour classes we need 21 days notice to refund and try and re-sell your spot.

What do I leave with?
The baked goods or decorated creations you make in class.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — gift cards are available year-round and can be used toward any class or experience, making them a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or corporate gifting. According to Ontario laws, gift cards do not expire.
