Meet Chef Stephanie, a self-taught baker who joined Le Dolci in 2020. With a passion for cakes and fondant, she teaches a variety of classes including cake decorating, macarons, doughnuts, pasta, scones, focaccia, cinnamon buns, and kids' camps.
