Chef Rebecca
Meet Chef Rebecca, a baking and pastry artist who has journeyed from intern to teacher at Le Dolci. Rebecca is a professional dancer and spent many years in Spain dancing for the Compañía Nacional de Danza. When she is not at the National Ballet School in Toronto, she is teaching intricate cake decorating classes and bringing joy to birthday parties with her energy and enthusiasm in the kitchen.
