Holiday Macaron Class — Perfect Parisian Macarons (Holiday Edition!)
Saturday, December 13 · 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Let’s start with the star of the show — our Holiday Macaron Class. This class sells out for a reason! You’ll learn how to make picture-perfect French macarons with a seasonal twist: think festive colours, sparkling finishes, and holiday-inspired fillings. Our chefs will guide you step-by-step through the notoriously delicate macaron process, from whipping glossy meringue to piping perfect shells.
At the end, you’ll take home a beautifully boxed assortment of your own handmade macarons — perfect for gifting, sharing at holiday gatherings, or keeping all to yourself (we fully support that option). This is a wonderful experience for foodies, bakers, friends, or anyone who loves beautiful treats.
Gingerbread Cookie Baking & Decorating

Kick off the holiday spirit with warm spices, cheerful icing, and classic gingerbread joy. In this evening class, you’ll bake fragrant gingerbread cookies from scratch and decorate them with royal icing, sprinkles, piped details, and your own creative flair. This is a cozy, feel-good class that melts away holiday stress and fills your home with the scent of cinnamon and cloves.
It’s also one of our most giftable experiences — ideal for kids, partners, colleagues, and besties.
🎅 Ho Ho Holiday Cookie Making

There’s nothing sweeter than a weekend spent baking. This class is all about variety, fun, and festive energy. You’ll create a colourful assortment of holiday cookies — beautiful, shareable, and perfect for trays, cookie boxes, and seasonal gifting. Think candy cane swirls, sparkling sugar cookies, rich buttery classics, and more.
It’s a delightful way to kick off the weekend and an excellent option for families, friend groups, or solo bakers wanting to learn new techniques.
Gingerbread House Decorating Party

Bring your childhood dreams to life! We provide fully constructed gingerbread houses (no collapsing walls here!), royal icing, and mountains of candy. You bring your imagination — build a candy mansion, a winter wonderland cottage, or a colourful masterpiece worthy of the ‘Gram.
This class is pure joy, pure nostalgia, and pure holiday spirit. It’s a fabulous tradition to start with friends or family.
