Hi there, I'm Lisa, the founder of Le Dolci Culinary School, and I want to reintroduce us properly.
For over a decade, our little pink kitchen at 12 Sousa Mendes Street in The Junction has been the place where Torontonians come for hands-on baking classes and cooking classes. We roll pasta, pipe buttercream, braid bread, and laugh a lot while doing it. We're a female-owned culinary school in Toronto built on one simple belief: everyone deserves a place to play with flour.
We host baking and cooking classes for every age and every skill level. Total beginner? Perfect. Seasoned home baker looking to master Lambeth buttercream or Parisian macarons? We've got you. Seven-year-old who dreams of decorating cakes? Our kids' baking camps were made for them.
Beyond our public classes, we host corporate team building events, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, private chef and in-home dining experiences, and studio rentals for media and film. If it involves gathering people around good food in Toronto, we're in.
