Sunday, May 10, Le Dolci is hosting a Mother's Day Chocolate Truffle Class, and we'd love to have you and your favourite mother or mother-figure join us for a morning of sweet creativity.
In two hands-on hours, you'll work alongside the wonderful Chef Sarah Fortunato (a chocolate QUEEN!) to craft 21 handmade chocolate truffles from scratch — learning the art of tempering, dry-caramelizing sugar, and emulsifying silky ganaches along the way.
Three exquisite flavours on the menu:
🍓 Raspberry Caramel — a rosy, jewel-toned caramel with a shimmer of pink lustre
🌊 Miso Caramel — silky milk chocolate ganache crowned with a delicate Maldon salt flake
🌸 Infused Dark Chocolate — your choice of fragrant earl grey with edible flowers, or espresso with a single coffee bean
No experience needed — only curiosity, a sweet tooth, and someone wonderful to share the afternoon with.
