Dear Cake Picnic friends 🍰✨
While the snow does its thing outside, we’re choosing to daydream about less snowy days… picnic blankets, forks in hand, slices of cake shared with strangers who became friends.
Cake Picnic has always been about more than cake (though… the cake 👀). It’s about community, joy, feeling safe and celebrated, and that magical moment when you arrive solo and leave with new friends and frosting on your fingers.
Our 2025 picnics still live rent-free in our hearts — from grey, chilly beginnings to a sun-soaked, glitter-filled afternoon that someone perfectly described as “Coachella with cake.” Music, flowers, henna, laughter, so many beautiful cakes, and guests who travelled from near and far just to be part of it. Truly unforgettable.
And now… we’re already dreaming ahead.
