Le Dolci began in 2008 in London, UK, when founder Lisa baked her first wedding cake with zero experience and a lot of courage. That leap led to international press, sold-out classes, and eventually a return to Canada.
By 2011, Le Dolci had opened in Toronto’s Dundas West neighbourhood, offering baking and cooking classes to guests from around the world.
Today, Le Dolci Culinary Classroom is proudly female-owned and operated, hosting thousands of students each year in our beautiful Toronto studio.
