Hello from Le Dolci Culinary Classroom's Founder Lisa!
There’s been a few new faces around here and I wanted to take a moment to re-introduce myself for those who are new here. Hi, I am Lisa the owner of Le Dolci Culinary Classroom and Juli’s Lactation Cookie Company.
I am a passionate entrepreneur who loves to give guests a dose of joy and fun via my work. My passion for teaching and baking, turned into a wholesale and retail bakery and a 2,000sqft culinary classroom in Toronto that hosts over 15 different classes for adults and children, hosts corporate team building events for the most amazing teams and our space has been rented by amazing TV show producers and Food Network Chefs to create content, hello Anna Olson, we love her(!).
When I had my son, Juli’s Lactation Cookie Company was born; a lactation cookie product and project which supports Moms in their breastfeeding journey and champions education and awareness of the importance of breastfeeding, around the world. Women should be encouraged and supported to breastfeed anywhere and everywhere without shame (that’s my mission!)
I am a mother and a leader who wants to mentor my teams to grow and be successful and bring joy to adults and children and teach them the simple joys of baking. I always say the BEST thing you can bring to a party is a homemade cake or pie, it literally lights up the faces of everyone there.
I am motivated by the people around me, the energy from the amazing adults and children in our classes, new moms I meet through the cookie biz and the amazing creativity from my team.
If you haven't been to a class, you should! Some of the delicious, hands-on classes we host are: Apple Pie, Bread, Parisian Macaron, Croissant, Doughnut, Eclairs, Scones, Pasta, Cake Decorating and so much more.
We have adult Baking Bootcamps, March Break, PA day and Summer Camps for kids aged 7-11.
Our classes are for anyone wanting to learn to bake, decorate or try something new in the world of pastry, chocolate, pasta or bread.
