I’m so happy you’re interested in joining us for the Le Dolci Cake Retreat – it truly feels like a “sweet escape” weekend we’ve been dreaming up for a long time. May 22–24, 2026 we’ll all be gathering at Green Nest Lodge on Sandy Lake in Buckhorn, Ontario, about 2.5 hours from Toronto.
Over the three days, we’ll slow things down: mornings with coffee by the lake, hands-on cake and buttercream sessions in the kitchen, and cozy evenings with good food and conversation. You’ll have time to really play with new techniques, ask all your cake questions, and leave with both skills and memories (plus a beautiful cake that feels like your own artwork).
