With more than 17 years of experience, Sarah Fortunato transforms art into edible masterpieces.
She began her creative journey studying sculpture at OCAD University before turning her focus to pastry arts at George Brown College, where she earned numerous accolades in cake and chocolate sculpting, as well as pastry innovation.
Sarah quickly rose to become Executive Pastry Chef at The Liberty Belle before launching her own successful business specializing in custom cakes and chocolates.
In 2015, she returned to George Brown College as an instructor and curriculum developer, where she continues to inspire the next generation of pastry chefs through her dedication to craft, creativity, and teaching.
