This summer, Le Dolci is doing something brand new — and we can barely contain our excitement.
At Le Dolci's 2026 Baking Summer Camp, we're not just teaching children how to bake. We're taking them on a full culinary passport tour of Italy and France. One week in the kitchens of Naples and Sicily. One week in the boulangeries of Paris and the French countryside. Every single day is a new destination, a new recipe, and a new story to bring home.
Imagine your child rolling fresh pasta, shaping a rustic apple galette, pulling a golden baguette from the oven — and then proudly running their very own bake sale for real customers on Friday afternoon. That's a week at Le Dolci.
Our brand new 2026 curriculum has been designed from scratch around this culinary journey. Here's a taste of what's coming:
Week 1 · Tour of Italy
Day 1: Sicilian-inspired cupcakes
Day 2: Neapolitan pizza fest
Day 3: Fresh pasta lab & focaccia
Day 4: Double-baked and dipped biscotti
Day 5: Italian Icons Cake + Piazza Party bake sale!
Week 2 · Tour of France
Day 1: Parisian pâtisserie cupcakes
Day 2: Mini apple galettes
Day 3: French baguette
Day 4: Cinnamon brioche twists
Day 5: Château Cake + La Fête au Marché bake sale!
Last year our young bakers raised an incredible $1,500 for charity at their end-of-week bake sale. This year they'll do it again — with a Piazza Party in Italy week and La Fête au Marché in France week. The pride on their faces is something we look forward to all year.

Free early drop-off from 8:00 am and late pick-up until 4:00 pm — because we're working moms too!
