This isn't a lecture-style class — it's a proper pasta party. You'll be hands-in-dough from the first minute, learning alongside other food lovers in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. Think aprons, flour on your hands, and a table full of pasta you made yourself at the end of the night.
What you'll make and learn
Fresh egg pasta dough from scratch, at least two classic shapes (tagliatelle, pappardelle, or filled pasta depending on the session), traditional sauces to match, and the tricks Italian nonnas have been passing down for generations. Dinner is included — you eat what you make.
