What Is the TSwift Cake Class?

Le Dolci's TSwift Cake Class is a 2-hour beginner-friendly cake decorating experience right here in Toronto. You'll learn how to decorate a stunning purple "Swiftie" friendship bracelet cake — complete with piped lettering, beaded bracelet designs, shell borders, rosettes, and colourful Taylor Swift-inspired accents. Yes, it's as magical as it sounds.

And the best part? You take your fully decorated cake home at the end of class. No sharing required (unless you want to).

Perfect for Beginners — No Experience Needed

This class is designed for absolute beginners. Don't worry if you've never picked up a piping bag before — our talented Le Dolci chefs will walk you through every step of the process. We handle all the prep work (the baking and buttercream making) so you can jump straight into the fun decorating part. In just 2 hours, you'll go from zero to cake decorating hero.

In this class, you'll learn:

How to fill and stack a cake
How to crumb coat and fully cover your cake in buttercream using specialized tools
How to pipe shell borders and rosettes
How to create a beaded friendship bracelet design with piped lettering
Techniques using both round and star piping tips

What You'll Take Home

At the end of your 2-hour class, you'll leave Le Dolci with:
