Baking Camp - Tour of Italy June 29 – July 3
We skip July 1 so your family can celebrate Canada Day 🇨🇦
Your mini baker will spend 4 delicious days exploring the flavours of Italy with us. They will make:
🍋 Sicilian-Inspired Cupcakes
Citrus-inspired cupcakes straight from Italy’s sunny island (where the Le Dolci family comes from too 😍).
🍕 Neapolitan Pizza
Stretch dough and build sweet and savoury individual pizzas.
🍝 Fresh Pasta Lab & Focaccia
Hand-roll and cut fresh pasta to bring home for dinner, plus kids will create colourful garden-themed focaccias.
🍫 Double-Baked Biscotti
Kids will mix, shape, bake, and dip classic Italian biscotti in smooth chocolate.
🍰 Italian Icons Cake + La Piazza Gathering
Kids will design and decorate a showstopper cake featuring iconic Italian landmarks, then families are invited to our Italian-style square celebration and mercatto bake sale. Our Bake Sales are every Friday at 2.30pm so bring your loose change (or tap) and come support our kids' hard work and our charity partner Ubuntu Collective.
Cost per child: $500/short week -4 days of guaranteed fun.

Eiffel Tower-inspired decorating with fondant and buttercream piping.

Roll dough, layer apples, and master the sweet-tart balance of French pastry.
🥖 Classic French Baguettes
Mix, shape, and bake a crusty golden loaf from scratch.
🥨 Cinnamon Brioche Twists
Soft, buttery twisted buns with a caramelized cinnamon-sugar finish.
🍰 Château Cake Day + La Fête au Marché
Campers will create a fondant-topped showpiece cake and take part in a French market-style bake sale where they can proudly showcase their creations.
