The best week ever!
I just completed the 5-day baking course at Le Dolci in Toronto and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment we started, time flew by — a true sign of how much fun I was having. Our instructor, Chef Vanessa, was absolutely lovely. She was patient, kind, and brought such a warm, sweet energy to the entire experience. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping each of us grow, no matter our starting point. What made the course so special was the mix of people — from total beginners who had never baked before to more seasoned bakers looking to fine-tune their skills. No matter your level, it felt completely relaxed and judgement-free. We laughed, we learned, and we left each day with a sense of accomplishment (and delicious treats to show for it!).
