What a wonderful evening we had last week with Chef Erica!
Last week we welcomed a group of local food lovers and influencers into our kitchen for a special Italian night filled with cannoli, cocoa-dusted tiramisu, focaccia, spritz, and fresh pasta.
The room was buzzing with laughter, hands-on moments, and the beautiful aromas of Italian cooking.
Chef Erica Foffi who hails from Rome, shared stories and recipes inspired by her family back in Italy — and our guests even rolled up their sleeves to make fresh pasta & tiramisu.
