Just a note to express my thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable Apple Pie Class on Thursday, April 2.
Instructors Megan, Mikayla, and Emili greeted us warmly and ensured that the activity went well. They were well prepared with all ingredients organized at our stations and provided thoughtful cooking and safety advice throughout the evening. Their encouragement and friendly instruction were greatly appreciated.
The pace of the evening was perfect; participants did not feel rushed but we were kept active. The cooking steps were easy to follow for those of us new to pie-making. There was also lots of opportunity to ask questions.
In addition, it was so much fun to interact with the other participants and make some new friends.
I was very pleased with my ready-to-bake apple pie, and the piece of baked pie provided by Megan was a treat to eat upon my arrival home.
My pie was baked the following morning for our family Easter gathering. Not only did it look and smell great (see attached photos), but it was so tasty that it was the first to disappear from our dessert table. Thankfully I grabbed the first piece for myself before it was gone!
After this Le Dolci class, I feel confident that I can repeat this apple pie making success at home thanks to your course and provided recipe. I hope that I can return for other courses.
