Mixology Class Instructor
Location: 12 Sousa Mendes Street, Toronto. Le Dolci Culinary School
Employment Type: Freelance Position

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartending Class Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and customer service skills. This role involves teaching students the art and science of bartending, including mixology.
Job Description:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative bartending lessons that cover a range of topics including cocktail preparation, bartending tools and techniques
- Create and maintain a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment
- Demonstrate proper bartending techniques and oversee hands-on practice sessions
- Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all instructional activities
- Must have Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve
- Maintain accurate records of attendance for class
Working Conditions:
- Classes may be scheduled during evenings and weekends to accommodate students' availability.
- The position may require standing for extended periods and handling bar equipment and supplies.
