Here’s a little bit more about us. 


At Le Dolci our team of wonderful Chefs host over 15 baking, pastry and dough classes in person and online. Classes happen for all ages in our wonderful studio on nights and weekends and classes range from 2-3 hours and are suitable for all levels. Our culinary school is located in West Toronto, only one stop from Union Station, and our space is filled with natural light, state of the art equipment and the most magical team of Chefs. Le Dolci Culinary School is a premier destination for hands-on culinary experiences that inspire, educate, and delight. 


Adults classes include, weeknight bootcamps, full day masterclasses and drop in workshops for all levels. Classes for mini Chefs, kids aged 5-13, include Saturday morning camps, PA Day camps, March Break and Summer Camps.


During the day you will find us hosting corporate team building events and renting our space to media and film crews creating culinary related content.  In addition to public classes, Le Dolci also hosts private birthday, bachelorette, bridal and VIP experiences and parties


Our goal is to deliver memorable, hands-on experiences that celebrate creativity and connection through baking.


Founded by Lisa Sanguedolce, who has a passion for teaching and sharing her love of cake, breads and pastry Le Dolci has become a beloved space where home cooks, aspiring chefs,

and food lovers of all ages come together to learn.


Our classes include teaching guests to make: Parisian Macarons, Doughnuts, Pies, Breads, Pastas, Cinnamon Buns and more. We also specialize in Cake Baking & Decorating classes,   Mixology and more!
