We know parents like to know exactly what they’re signing up for. So here’s a full look at what your child’s week will look like at Le Dolci this summer — day by day, meal by meal.
 
The 2026 theme is A Sweet Culinary Journey Through Italy & France 🇼đŸ‡čđŸ‡«đŸ‡·
Each week is a self-contained experience — book one, two, or as many as you like.
 
WEEK 1: Tour of Italy

Monday — Sicilian Inspired Cupcakes
We open the week in the sun-drenched south of Italy. Citrus, pistachios, and classic Italian flavours inspire our first bake.
 
Tuesday — Neapolitan Pizza Fest 🍕
Hands in the dough from the very first lesson. Campers make their own pizza bases and choose their toppings — this one is always a highlight.
 
Wednesday — Fresh Pasta Lab & Focaccia 🍝
A two-part session: rolling and cutting fresh pasta in the morning, then golden herb focaccia in the afternoon. Science and baking collide.
 
Thursday — Double-Baked & Dipped Biscotti đŸ«
The traditional Italian cookie that requires patience — and rewards it. Campers learn the technique and customise their own flavours.
 
Friday — Italian Icons Cake + the Piazza Party 🍰
The grand finale. A decorated showpiece cake, followed by La Piazza — our themed bake sale where campers sell their creations to parents and neighbours. Last year’s campers raised $1,500 for charity. This year we’re aiming higher.
 
WEEK 2: Tour of France

Monday — Parisian Pñtisserie Cupcakes 🧡
Inspired by the window displays of Parisian boulangeries — delicate, elegant, and utterly delicious.
 
Tuesday — Mini Apple Galettes 🍎
A rustic French classic. Campers learn pastry-making and explore how French baking balances simple ingredients with technique.
 
Wednesday — French Baguette đŸ„–
Few things are as satisfying as pulling a proper baguette from the oven. Campers learn the role of yeast, gluten, and patience.
 
Thursday — Cinnamon Brioche Twists đŸ„š
Enriched dough, warm spice, and a satisfying twist. This one comes home and disappears fast.
 
Friday — ChĂąteau Cake Day + La FĂȘte au MarchĂ© 🍰
A final showpiece cake — then the curtain comes up on La FĂȘte au MarchĂ©, the French market bake sale. Parents are invited. Pride levels: extremely high.
 
Every day also includes:
‱   Morning mindfulness — gentle stretching and meditation to start the day
‱   Expert-guided baking sessions in a safe, child-friendly kitchen
‱   One hour at the park after lunch — games, water fights, scavenger hunts
‱   Bake sale project time — planning menus, costing, signage, and preparation
