We've taken our 5 Day Baking Masterclass and added a little HOLIDAY SPARKLE. We've added special winter themed elements to this course including: 

• making a Holly Jolly Striped Holiday Cake ☃️
• piping a rose, poinsettia, holly and Christmas wreaths with petal tips on cupcakes 
• making a Winter Wonderland Fondant cake - with fondant evergreen trees
• creating a very special 2 tiered holiday cake that belongs in a Canadian movie star's rom-com 😉
• and more!

This 5 day in-person masterclass has everything, you'll:

• bake cakes that are delicious and sturdy enough to decorate
• stack and level cakes to perfection every time
• buttercream your cakes with crisp edges and clean lines
• master the chocolate drip to the delight of family and friends (and you, too)
• ignite your passions to create more advanced cakes

You will go home with:

• A dozen decorative buttercream cupcakes that you designed on Day 2
• A one tier 6’’ round tall cake that you will have decorated yourself on Day 3
• A one tier 6’’ round fondant cake with gumpaste topper that you will have created on Day 4
• A two tiered buttercream cake, with a 4” round top and 6” round base that you will have decorated on Day 5 
• the confidence and all pertinent recipes to recreate these cakes again on your own

All ingredients and equipment, including transport boxes, for your course are provided, you do not need to bring anything with you.  We'll make sure that you work at a pace suitable for you.
