SICK DAYS:
To keep our camp community healthy, please keep your child at home if they're feeling unwell.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel, please email us at classroom @ ledolci.com at least 21 days before your child's camp session begins.
Approved cancellations are will incur a $100 administrative fee per session, per child.
Missed days are not eligible for make-ups, credits, substitutions, or refunds, regardless of the reason.
We're committed to a safe environment for every camper and staff member.
Aggressive behavior, bullying, or verbal/physical harassment toward campers or staff will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the program without refund.
If a camp session is cancelled due to a govt lockdown or by the school, registrants will receive a full credit toward a future session.
