Bring a Little Taste of Paris to Toronto This October 🇫🇷

What if you could spend five days learning the techniques behind some of France’s most beloved pastries without leaving Toronto?

This October, Le Dolci’s Desserts from Paris! 5 Day Masterclass invites you into a hands-on French pastry experience designed for absolute beginners. Over five days, you’ll explore classic pastry techniques with guidance from professional chefs while building a deeper understanding of French baking.

Your Parisian Baking Journey, One Day at a Time

Each day introduces a new part of the pastry world.

Start with classic tarts, learning how to line, bake, and fill buttery pastry with chocolate or fruit.

Then move into laminated pastries, where you’ll learn the techniques behind flaky croissants and buttery pain au chocolat.

On Day 3, discover enriched doughs and work with favourites like brioche and babka, while exploring different bread dough techniques.

Day 4 brings the magic of choux pastry, including éclairs and profiteroles, along with piping and filling techniques and an introduction to classic custards.

Finally, finish your Parisian adventure with classic macarons and sweet soufflés, including the techniques behind smooth macaron shells, feet, rise, and filling.

Five Days of French Pastry. One Creative Escape.

The masterclass runs Monday, October 19 to Friday, October 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily, with a half-hour lunch.

No previous experience is needed, and all ingredients and equipment are provided, including transport boxes.

If French pastry has always fascinated you, this is your chance to stop watching from the sidelines and get your hands into the dough.
